Vintage rocket lamp

A much loved vintage fibreglass rocket lamp, carefully restored to give it a stronger and longer second life.
 
Known for weakness at the joints and plastic brass effect fittings, this example has been thoughtfully improved with proper brass tubing and washers, along with internal fibreglass reinforcement for added strength. Once stabilised, it was fully rewired with a black cloth cable and fitted with a floor switch, combining authentic retro style with modern usability.
 
The result is a bold, sculptural light that keeps its original charm while offering improved durability and presence.
