Industrial Stool by Evertaut - 1940s
An original industrial Evertaut stool made in Birmingham in the 1930s, reflecting the sturdy engineering and practical design the company supplied to the postal service, the army, government departments, offices and laboratories.
The metal frame has a confident utilitarian presence, while the shaped seat offers comfort and durability in equal measure. Measuring 64cm high and 42cm wide, it works beautifully as a functional stool or as a characterful industrial accent in a modern interior.
A strong and authentic piece of British workshop heritage.
